He co-founded the hospitality brand "BAWRI" with fine dining outlets in Goa and Mumbai and is involved in real estate projects like "Urbania" and Blue-Mountain Estate in Bhimtal. Samir holds a B.Com (Hons) and an L.L.B. (Gold Medalist), and is a member of several esteemed organizations, including ISKCON and the Noida Entrepreneurs Association.
Manoj Lamba

Manoj Lamba, an MBA graduate from Delhi University, has been a driving force in the real estate industry since 2010. Leveraging his expertise, he pioneered the private fund technique to optimize operations and sold over 2 Lakh Sqft. and now focuses on developing luxury villas under UK Constructions and Hospitality in Nainital. With over two decades of experience in real estate and hospitality, he also runs a successful hospitality business in Uttarakhand.
